SMM has started the construction, in Zeebrugge, of one more LNG cryogenic tank (180.000m3)

SMM has started the construction/erection in Zeebrugge of one more cryogenic tank (180.000m3) for liquid natural gas storage (LNG). This is SMM’s second time in Zeebrugge LNG Terminal after had concluded in 2007 the erection of a 140.000m3 LNG tank.

This contract, signed with Duro Felguera, reinforce the recognized SMM’s erection capacity in the international market, namely in the LNG area, and the success of Portuguese companies in the production of tradable services.

The works will be mostly performed by skilled and experienced Portuguese manpower and will last for 2 years.
